The 1st Class Dismantler requires advanced skills in dismantling vehicles, identifying valuable parts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position is crucial in leading dismantling operations, utilizing advanced techniques and tools for efficient disassembly.
You must possess a sharp eye for detail and strong mechanical aptitude, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Other Job Duties:
Assume responsibility for the maintenance and cleanliness of tools and
equipment used in dismantling operations.
Adhere to safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
in dismantling operations offering guidance and support as needed.
Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy
objects.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
Experience Needed:
Training or certification in automotive mechanics, auto body repair,
or similar discipline preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
