EMR is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support our Non-Ferrous Sales team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales support, or operations coordination who enjoys working with data, collaborating across departments, and keeping commercial processes running smoothly. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate contract information, supporting invoicing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting teams. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment will be essential to success. This role will be worked 100% onsite in Camden, NJ, there is no opportunity to go remote or hybrid. The pay rate is $26-34/hr
What You Will Do

Enter and maintain sales contract data with a strong emphasis on accuracy and completeness

Prepare, update, and track contracts, pricing terms, and customer information for non-ferrous materials

Monitor contract status and communicate changes, updates, or issues to Sales and Operations teams

Assist with preparation and distribution of contract documentation

Support the invoicing process by verifying pricing, shipment weights, delivery terms, and contract details

Work closely with Accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and customer inquiries

Reconcile contract and shipment data to ensure alignment with financial records

Maintain accurate documentation to support audit and compliance requirements

Serve as an internal resource for questions related to contract details, pricing, or documentation

Prepare reports, sales summaries, and operational data to support the Sales team

Help coordinate communication between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure smooth commercial transactions

Maintain accurate data within CRM, ERP, or contract management systems

Validate data integrity and perform checks to ensure alignment across systems

Assist with process improvements and workflow enhancements within the contract administration function

Perform other related duties as needed to support the commercial team

Education & Experience
