About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships within the staffing industry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of relationship management and new business development in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. This role may be hybrid depending on location ( once a week or three times a week at the office)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
- Track and report on sales activity and pipeline
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Strong understanding of staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Commission: 10% on generated revenue
- Strong earning potential based on performance
