Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pineville, NC, for a High Volume Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will build relationships with hiring managers, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and implement efficient recruiting strategies to fulfill high-volume staff demands. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations while fulfilling workforce needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume recruitment and maintain candidate pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Understanding of HR compliance and employment regulations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
