We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Electric Pallet Jack Operator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced auto parts distribution environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking, moving, and staging automotive parts while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate an electric pallet jack to transport materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick and prepare orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, or voice systems
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of products
- Build, wrap, and stage pallets for outgoing deliveries
- Restock inventory and maintain organized storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (6 months)
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack required
- Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Work Environment
- Warehouse setting with moderate to heavy lifting
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift
Schedule: 4PM to finish- Monday through Friday with some weekends if needed.
