What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Empro Staffing?
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, professional, and dedicated FULL-TIME Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling; however, we are prioritizing candidates who can commit to a consistent and FULL-TIME weekly schedule. FULL-TIME employees are required to work 5 shifts per week including every other Saturday & Sunday. Employees can also complete double shifts.
FULL-TIME Openings: 7AM-3PM (Day), 3PM-11PM (Eve), and 11PM-7AM (Night)
If you are unable to commit and consistently work any of the open shifts including working every other Saturday & Sunday then this position is not the right fit for you.
The hourly rate is $24/hr. and the overtime & holiday rate is $36/hr.
We also offer weekend differential on Saturdays and Sundays of $25/hr.
Our pay period is Sunday to Saturday and pay is weekly (every Thursday via direct deposit)
Responsibilities- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
- Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CNA training program.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Basic understanding of patient care procedures and safety protocols.
