Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents and provide tours of the community
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Process applications and conduct background screenings
- Assist with lease signings and renewals
- Maintain knowledge of community amenities, pricing, and availability
- Ensure the leasing office and tour paths are clean and welcoming
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) is a plus
