Location: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami

As we expand operations, we are seeking experienced and dependable janitorial staff—including housekeepers and porters—to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
We are hiring multiple housekeepers and porters to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of high-end residential communities. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeepers:
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces
- Remove trash and recycling in accordance with building procedures
- Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Porters:
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
- Assist with garbage collection and disposal
- Help with minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.)
- Monitor and restock janitorial supplies
- Set up or break down furniture for events, as needed
- Ensure building cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
- Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
