Starting wage is $15.00/hr, up to $2 shift differential available
$5/hr incentive pay available for voluntary overtime hours
As a Resident Aide, you will learn hands on skills to help residents with everything from personal care to skill building. This role will offer you the opportunity to become part of individuals' lives and make personal connections. Joining our team will give you the chance to make a difference. HS diploma or GED required.
Full-time: 2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm
3rd shift 10pm-6:30am

Part-time: Flexible schedules available for all shifts. Will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
