Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000 commission based
Responsibilities:
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Convert qualified leads into active clients using proven sales systems
- Manage daily activities and client interactions within the company CRM
- Conduct property showings, consultations, and open houses
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate successful closings
- Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages referrals and repeat business
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
- Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
- You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
Successful candidates will have:
- An active South Carolina and/or North Carolina Real Estate License
- A full-time commitment to building a successful real estate career
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM software and digital tools, or the willingness to learn
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
- A passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals
