Empowered Living Chiropractic
We are a Chiropractic office looking for a friendly, professional, caring, and detail-oriented receptionist/chiropractic assistant. Experience is a must but not necessary.
Job Duties and Skills
· Phone / Scheduling / Referrals:
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional matter
- Schedule and Re-schedule patient appointments according to office policy.
- Receive and convey all messages (written and verbal).
- Confirm patient appointments.
- Set up patient files and documents.
- Send/Receive referrals to other offices via fax or email.
- Verify insurance coverage (will train)
· Check in / Check Out
- Greet patients upon arrival, check them into our EHR system, confirm patient demographics, collect appropriate payment.
- Track patients from check-in to check out on the EHR system to make sure they are seen in a timely manner.
- Schedule patient follow up appointment upon checking out.
Patient Therapy
- Route patient to treatment, rehab, and exam rooms
- Set up patients on passive therapies
- Perform passive therapies as needed (will be trained)
- Manage patient flow for doctor as needed
Marketing
- Take photos/videos of office/doctor as needed
- Record/facilitate patient reviews for google, Instagram, facebook, etc
- Occasionally may need to attend marketing events to assist doctor

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Schedule:
- Tuesday afternoons
- Wednesdays
- Fridays
- Saturday mornings (as needed)
