What you’ll do:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Schedule and follow up with new patients
- Verify insurance benefits and collect copays
- Scan and manage patient paperwork
- Support the doctor and keep daily operations running smoothly
