Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role located in Culver City, CA. The Behavior Specialist will provide direct therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities, implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, and monitor progress. Responsibilities include behavior management, collecting and analyzing data to track improvements, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients' learning goals and behavioral development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavior Modification strategies.
- Proficiency in Behavior Management and experience implementing behavioral interventions.
- Educational background in Psychology or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in in-home and school-based settings as well as adapt to various client needs.
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or the willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
