Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Manage the ABA center during camp hours, ensuring a smooth, safe, and effective clinical environment
Supervise and guide ABA therapists and professional staff to deliver high-quality services
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for campers
Collaborate with the camp administration and management team to ensure successful operations
Participate in community outings and activities in the city of Red Bank, designed to promote social skills and community integration
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Camp will be at our Red Bank, NJ location daily
