Empower U is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Northern New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality in-home ABA services to children and families while being part of an organization with strong growth potential.
We currently have a full caseload available throughout Essex, Union, and Hudson Counties, with 20–25 hours per week available. The hourly rate for this position is $70–$80 per hour, based on experience. We are looking for a motivated BCBA who values collaboration, clinical excellence, and building strong relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight for in-home ABA services.Supervise behavior technicians and support implementation of treatment plans.
Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with families and staff to ensure consistent, effective services.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and ethical standards.
Timely submission of assessments
Participate in team meetings and professional development.
Adhere to the BACB Ethical Code and New Jersey state regulations.
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification. NJ License
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with families, technicians, and leadership.
