Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Duration: Contract (12 month)

About the Role

  • Client Office of AI is leading the transformation of how employees leverage artificial intelligence across the organization. As part of the Global Technology Solutions team, the Office of AI is responsible for scaling AI fluency, adoption, and proficiency across approximately 10,000 desk-based employees.
  • We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented AI Enablement & Adoption Coordinator to support the operational execution of our AI learning and adoption programs. This role will be responsible for coordinating AI education initiatives, managing learning platforms, supporting employee engagement programs, organizing learning events, and helping track adoption metrics that inform leadership decision-making.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys program coordination, learning operations, internal communications, and emerging technologies. You'll play a key role in one of Client most visible transformation initiatives while helping drive meaningful AI adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Manage and maintain AI learning platforms and training environments.
  • Upload and organize learning content, courses, resources, and learning pathways.
  • Assign trainings, track completions, and monitor certification and badge programs.
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues and coordinate resolution with technical partners.
  • Ensure learning records and program data remain accurate and up to date.

AI Learning Content Coordination

  • Support the organization and maintenance of AI-related learning materials.
  • Coordinate updates to content focused on AI tools, responsible AI practices, and company AI guiding principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content remains current, relevant, and accessible.
  • Help prepare communications, training documentation, and learning resources.

Event & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for AI training sessions, workshops, office hours, webinars, and learning events.
  • Manage scheduling, invitations, registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Support presenters and facilitators before, during, and after events.
  • Track attendance and collect participant feedback to support continuous improvement.

AI Champions Network Support

  • Assist in managing and growing the organization's AI Champions program.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new champions.
  • Support ongoing communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Track participation, milestones, and champion contributions across business functions.
  • Help foster a strong community of AI advocates throughout the organization.

Reporting & Adoption Analytics

  • Monitor learning participation, completion rates, certifications, and adoption metrics.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and program stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of employee engagement and proficiency initiatives.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Program Support

  • Partner with members of the Office of AI and Global Technology Solutions teams on program rollouts and adoption initiatives.
  • Support internal communications and change management efforts related to AI enablement.
  • Assist with operational planning, documentation, and process improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in program coordination, learning operations, training administration, employee enablement, or similar functions.
  • Experience administering an LMS or learning management platform.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, workshops, or employee programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting learning and development (L&D), employee enablement, or training programs.
  • Experience managing ambassador, champion, community, or employee engagement networks.
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting tools, dashboards, and data tracking.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, generative AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide change management or adoption programs.
