Job Description:
- Leads squad in the delivery of batch files, and API development in support of our Partner objectives by:
Agile/Scaled Agile experience/proficiency
- Defining the strategic vision for the squad and manage a healthy backlog through:
- Define features and decompose into user stories
- Identify and manage risk and dependencies
- Support/lead refinement/spikes
- Remove obstacles/impediments
- Leading both PI Preplanning/planning
- Assess customer feedback
- Define and analyze success metrics
Lead Pi Preplanning and Planning efforts
- Groom the backlog ensuring product roadmap defined at a minimum on a rolling 12-month basis
- Work with Client partner teams to intake/decompose work
- Ensure work meets definition of ready
- Lead strategic direction for the team
Lead Product demos
- Manage delivery process
- Collaborate with Scrum lead, Tech lead, Engineering team, Tribe Squads , 3IAB
- Develop and demonstrate expertise across
- Partner business
- Product domain
- Technical acumen
