Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter with a proven track record in Pharma / Life Sciences to drive new business acquisition and logo hunting. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on building pipelines from scratch and closing high-value deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients (net-new logos) in Pharma & Life Sciences
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts
- Develop strong relationships with CXOs, VP-level, and key decision-makers
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams for winning proposals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Hunter / New Logo Acquisition Sales
- Strong background in Pharma / Life Sciences industry sales
- Experience selling IT services, consulting, or digital solutions (preferred)
- Excellent prospecting, cold calling, and deal-closing skills
- Strong network within Pharma / Biotech companies in the US
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated.
