Duties and Responsibilities
- Leads the administration of the Webex platform through Control Hub by strategically managing user accounts, licensing, and global configurations to maximize efficiency and ensure platform reliability.
- Delivers expert Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex issues across Webex Meetings, Messaging, and Calling, while driving root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures that reduce recurring incidents.
- Designs, implements, and optimizes advanced configurations for Webex conference rooms tailored to business needs.
- Drives seamless integration of Webex with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Customer Relationship Management platforms, and Single Sign-On (SSO), ensuring interoperability, secure access, and streamlined workflows.
- Monitors and analyzes platform performance and adoption using Webex analytics, generates actionable reports for leadership, enforces compliance with regulations including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and General Data Protection Regulation, and proactively manages updates, patches, and system upgrades to maintain security and business continuity.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve complex collaboration platform issues and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Webex Control Hub.
- Strong knowledge of identity management systems such as Azure Active Directory, SSO, and integrations with enterprise systems, combined with a strong understanding of Voice over Internet Protocol, networking concepts, and Quality of Service.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience administering Cisco Webex for conference rooms.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); Cisco Webex certifications preferred.
