Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality mental health services. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to clinical staff in their therapeutic practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff development.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements within the clinical setting.
- Facilitate training sessions on based on ABA therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment strategies for clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities, treatment outcomes, and staff performance metrics.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a high standard of care.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Must have experienced working with children or adults with ASD and related conditions
- Licensed clinical supervisor Ex LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, BCBA
- Experience training staff in ABA
- Experience in reviewing clinical notes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
