What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Pathways For Learning LLC?
- Ensure the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and all EIDBI services reflect the person’s and family’s values, goals, preferences, culture, and language.
- Collaborate with the parent or primary caregiver to determine the appropriate level of training and counseling provided.
- Develop, monitor, approve, and sign each individual’s initial and updated ITPs.
- Coordinate and facilitate coordinated care conferences with the treatment team and family.
- Supervise, manage, and review all aspects of EIDBI services and documentation, including treatment notes, case notes, and incident reports, ensuring compliance and fidelity to treatment plans.
- Oversee and supervise Level I, Level II, and Level III providers, including the review of billing, documentation, and service delivery.
- Perform all clinical supervision functions required by their professional licensing board and DHS policy.
- Assume full professional responsibility for the actions, decisions, and services provided by supervisees.
- Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for effective planning, coordination, monitoring, and supervision of all assigned clients.
- Ensure the agency remains compliant by having a qualified QSP available at all times; if absent for more than 31 consecutive days, a new QSP must be designated before services can continue.
- Ensure documentation meets DHS standards outlined in EIDBI – Health Service Records.
Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
