- Provide CES Medicaid Waiver Education:
- Educate members, caregivers, and families about the Arkansas Medicaid Community Employment Support (CES) Waiver program, including benefits, application processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Serve as a trusted resource for all CES Waiver-related inquiries, ensuring members fully understand the support available through the program and how to access it.
- Review Membership for Qualifying Diagnoses:
- Conduct regular reviews of the membership database to identify members who may qualify for the CES Waiver based on their medical diagnosis and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other specialists to verify diagnoses and ensure alignment with waiver eligibility standards.
- Complete and Submit Required Paperwork:
- Gather all necessary documentation, including medical records, evaluations, and forms, to successfully place eligible members on the CES Waiver waiting list.
- Manage the completion and timely submission of paperwork, keeping members informed of their application status and next steps.
- Track and Maintain DD Eligibility Requirements:
