About This Position
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll connect with homeowners about solar energy solutions. This is a commission-based sales position with performance-based compensation. Your role includes sourcing potential customers, building relationships, and guiding them through the sales process. We provide hands-on training to help you succeed from day one, working alongside experienced team members who will teach you our system. This is a full-cycle sales role with clear opportunities to advance as you develop your skills. You'll work in targeted areas with support from leadership throughout your growth.
