Custodian
Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities and fleet. This role ensures that our workspaces, including restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas, are clean and welcoming for employees and visitors. The facility Custodian plays a crucial role in supporting our operations by promoting cleanliness, safety, and a high standard of facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and offices following health and safety standards.
- Replenish consumables (such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper) in designated areas to ensure uninterrupted access.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste according to company protocols.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed to maintain clean floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Monitor facility cleanliness and report larger maintenance needs to management for timely repairs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or vehicle detailing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and using cleaning equipment.
- Good communication skills to report maintenance or supply needs as they arise.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM)
