Events Tech Coordinator
Work Location:
Onsite – South San Francisco, CA 94080
Local Candidates only who can commute daily to the South San Francisco office
Initial Assignment Length: 12 months with high possibility of extension depending on performance and team fit
Work Schedule:
Full Time – Monday-Friday,
Overtime is not expected but could be possible based upon business needs and will occur only when requested and approved by manager
Travel Requirements:
Potentially 2-3 domestic business trips expected per year
Potential locations of travel include Las Vegas and events in California
We are looking for a highly motivated Events Tech Coordinator to join our Experiential Marketing Technical team and support the execution of world-class experiential activations, tradeshows, and virtual events. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support across planning, testing, deployment, and onsite execution for major events including Formula One, CES, SXSW, CinemaCon, and other high-impact experiences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable—capable of managing multiple projects while navigating changing technical requirements and fast-moving production environments. You should be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable troubleshooting across hardware, software, and event infrastructure.
