Role Overview
The client looking for a Data Analytics/Scientist with strong marketing and sales analytics experience. This role focuses on analyzing campaigns, customer acquisition, and sales performance to provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be able to tell a story with data, partner with stakeholders, and translate analytics into business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaigns (digital, email, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and measure ROI.
- Assess customer acquisition, aggregation, and retention performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executives and business partners.
- Support sales analytics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities across retail and commercial banking.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, with measurable results from campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and basic R.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred, Tableau also acceptable).
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with customer acquisition, digital marketing analytics, or campaign performance measurement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services or banking sector (retail/commercial).
- Knowledge of banking systems, payments, or related datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid data environments (Azure or similar).
