Working Conditions
* Manufacturing environment with long periods of standing.
* Frequent lifting up to 15 lbs to waist level; occasional lifting up to chest level.
* No overhead lifting required; team lift or mechanical assistance mandated for heavier loads.
* Mandatory PPE: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, gloves, and hair/beard nets.
* Must be willing to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts plus weekends based on production needs.
* Overtime required.
