WHALER’s Creation, a dynamic local non-profit, is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and nonprofit operations—perfect for someone ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with marketing efforts, including outreach, promotional materials, and social media support

• Support grant preparation, gathering information and helping organize submissions

• Manage scheduling, including meetings, activities, and community programs

• Assist with event planning and coordination, including attending and supporting events

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Basic proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn

• Professional attitude and willingness to support a team
