What You’ll Do

As a Process Operator, you’ll help maintain production quality while supporting specialized manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Learn and support the aluminum dip braze process used to manufacture aerospace-grade components
  • Operate production equipment including Positech hoists and FANUC robotic systems (training provided)
  • Troubleshoot process issues during production to maintain efficiency and product quality
  • Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine equipment checks
  • Review production data and inspect processes to ensure quality standards are met
  • Produce and process parts daily to meet production goals
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist in improving manufacturing processes
  • Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (face shields, gloves, aprons, etc.)
  • Participate in training programs, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Interest in manufacturing, aerospace, mechanical systems, or technical operations
  • Ability to follow procedures and learn specialized processes
  • Comfortable working around heat, machinery, and chemicals (safety equipment and training provided)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

 

Additional Requirements

This position requires access to technologies and materials regulated under ITAR/EAR U.S. export laws. Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain required U.S. Government export authorization(s).
