What You’ll Do
As a Process Operator, you’ll help maintain production quality while supporting specialized manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
- Learn and support the aluminum dip braze process used to manufacture aerospace-grade components
- Operate production equipment including Positech hoists and FANUC robotic systems (training provided)
- Troubleshoot process issues during production to maintain efficiency and product quality
- Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine equipment checks
- Review production data and inspect processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Produce and process parts daily to meet production goals
- Perform routine maintenance and assist in improving manufacturing processes
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE (face shields, gloves, aprons, etc.)
- Participate in training programs, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Interest in manufacturing, aerospace, mechanical systems, or technical operations
- Ability to follow procedures and learn specialized processes
- Comfortable working around heat, machinery, and chemicals (safety equipment and training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
Additional Requirements
This position requires access to technologies and materials regulated under ITAR/EAR U.S. export laws. Employment is contingent upon the ability to obtain required U.S. Government export authorization(s).
