Position Overview:
The Payroll Assistant supports the Payroll Administrator in the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll. This role plays a critical part in reviewing and validating payroll data, maintaining compliance with tax and wage regulations, and ensuring payroll records are complete and accurate prior to final processing.
This position works on a bi-weekly schedule aligned with payroll processing, either Monday–Wednesday or Monday–Thursday during payroll weeks. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage deadlines within a structured payroll cycle. Maximum hours of 32/pay cycle.
