Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. This role is dedicated to supporting Muha Meds operations.
The Delivery Manager – Cannabis Operations is responsible for building, launching, and overseeing the full delivery infrastructure for Muha Meds. This role requires direct cannabis industry experience and hands on knowledge of California delivery compliance.
The Delivery Manager will not inherit a fully built system. This individual is responsible for setting up the delivery operation from the ground up, including:

Regulatory structure and compliance protocols

SOP development

Routing systems and logistics tools

Staffing and team buildout

Reporting frameworks

Performance metrics and accountability systems
This role owns both the design and execution of the delivery channel, ensuring it operates compliantly, efficiently, and at scale from day one.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery Infrastructure Buildout

Design and implement the full delivery operating model for Muha Meds

Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for dispatch, routing, transport, and compliance

Select and implement routing, reporting, and tracking systems
-
Build delivery workflows that align with California cannabis regulations

Establish performance KPIs and accountability frameworks
-
Launch the operation in a scalable and compliance first manner
Cannabis Compliance & Regulatory Execution

Ensure strict adherence to all California state and local cannabis delivery regulations
-
Build compliant transport protocols including manifest management and track and trace (METRC) processes
-
Establish secure cash handling and chain of custody procedures
-
Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and audits
-
Stay current on evolving cannabis regulatory requirements
Inventory & Financial Controls

Design reconciliation processes between inventory, POS, and delivery systems

Implement shrinkage prevention and discrepancy tracking

Ensure proper documentation and secure transport procedures

Partner cross functionally to maintain accurate reporting and compliance alignment
Team Build & Leadership

Hire, train, and develop delivery drivers and dispatch personnel

Establish clear performance standards and accountability metrics

Create a culture of compliance discipline and operational ownership

Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective action as needed
Operational Performance & Optimization

Monitor delivery times, routing efficiency, and cost control

Continuously improve workflows to support growth

Provide leadership with real time reporting visibility

Scale delivery operations without compromising compliance or quality
Qualifications
Required
-
Direct cannabis industry experience in delivery, retail, or distribution operations
-
Minimum three plus years managing cannabis delivery or transport operations
-
Deep working knowledge of California cannabis delivery regulations
-
Hands on experience with METRC and cannabis track and trace systems

Experience building or significantly restructuring delivery operations
-
Proven ability to manage cash handling and inventory reconciliation in a regulated environment

Strong leadership and team development experience

Experience launching new cannabis delivery licenses or expanding delivery markets

Experience scaling high volume delivery operations

Familiarity with routing software and cannabis POS systems

Background in regulated consumer product logistics

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually
Placement within the range is based on depth of cannabis delivery experience, demonstrated success launching or scaling compliant operations, and ability to independently build and manage a delivery infrastructure.
