Position Summary
HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and multi-state environments.
The Community Growth Lead is responsible for owning and scaling user engagement within our mobile app ecosystem. This role drives daily in-app activity, gamified experiences, and user participation to transform the app into a dynamic, high-retention platform.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in consumer apps, loyalty platforms, or community-driven brands who understands behavioral psychology, growth loops, and content systems — and can execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
In-App Engagement & Content (Primary Focus)

Own daily activity and content inside the app (posts, media, announcements)

Build and manage a consistent in-app content calendar to ensure the feed always feels active

Create a compelling reason for users to open the app daily

Integrate influencer and UGC content into the platform
Gamification & Campaigns

Design and execute engagement campaigns including giveaways, challenges, and reward mechanics

Build and manage referral loops, scan-to-win mechanics, and other gamified growth systems

Launch viral challenges and behavioral reward loops that drive participation
Retention & Growth Metrics

Analyze user behavior and optimize for retention, session frequency, and engagement

Track and report on Daily Active Users (DAU), weekly retention, and funnel performance

Continuously test and iterate new growth and engagement strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to align campaigns

Partner with influencer and creative teams to coordinate content pipelines

Support event promotion inside the app to drive attendance and retention loops
Qualifications
Required
-
2–5 years of experience in growth, community, or engagement roles (consumer apps preferred)

Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention

Strong understanding of gamification and user behavior psychology

Experience with content systems, campaign execution, and analytics

Highly organized with the ability to execute quickly and consistently
Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience with loyalty or rewards platforms

Background in influencer or UGC campaigns

Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools

Experience in cannabis, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands

Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000. Salary is based on market data for the Orange County, CA region and will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and scope of responsibilities.
Eligible employees may receive access to company-sponsored benefits in accordance with HR MGMT 10, LLC plans and eligibility requirements. Overtime is paid in accordance with applicable law.
