Alphaeon Patient Financing is a leading financial solution helping dental, vision, aesthetics, and medical practices increase patient access to care while improving practice revenue. Our fast-growing product empowers practices to approve more patients, streamline financial conversations, and drive stronger business outcomes.
We’re now ready to scale our acquisition and usage engine—and we’re hiring a senior growth leader to make that happen.
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead (Senior or Director-Level depending on experience) to architect, execute, and optimize our full-funnel growth strategy across lead generation, provider enrollments, platform activation, and credit sales.
This role will own performance marketing, funnel optimization, campaign deployment, analytics, and the strategic testing roadmap that fuels Alphaeon’s revenue engine.
You’ll partner closely with the CMO, BD leadership, product teams, and analytics to build a scalable, measurable, high-performing growth ecosystem.
This is a senior, hands-on role perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives in experimentation, understands B2B (and ideally B2B2C) funnels, and is motivated by measurable results.
- Build and lead Alphaeon’s full growth strategy—lead gen, enrollments, activation, usage, credit sales.
- Design and manage a predictable, scalable funnel with measurable KPIs.
- Own the paid media ecosystem (search, social, programmatic, retargeting, CRO).
- Champion experimentation: A/B tests, landing page optimization, ad creative testing, segmentation.
- Drive high-quality provider leads through paid media, webinars, organic, partner channels, and targeted campaigns.
- Develop targeted acquisition strategies tailored to each vertical (dental, vision, aesthetics, hearing, etc.)
- Collaborate with content and design teams on value-driving assets.
- Optimize the lead → MQL → SQL → enrollment → activation journey.
- Reduce drop-offs across funnel stages and increase conversion rates.
- Partner with BD/Sales to align messaging, handoff logic, and lead scoring frameworks.
- Develop lifecycle campaigns to increase provider usage: logins, applications, approvals, transactions.
- Identify at-risk or low-usage accounts and build activation/reactivation programs in partnership with CRM.
- Evaluate vertical performance and recommend targeted growth initiatives.
- Build dashboards in partnership with BI to track performance across all channels.
- Forecast growth scenarios and develop quarterly growth plans.
- Report on ROI, CAC, CPQL, enrollment efficiency, and usage lift.
- Work with Product on growth loops, platform engagement features, and onboarding flows.
- Align with BD leadership on lead quality, conversion insights, and campaign impact.
- Collaborate with Creative/Content to produce high-performing ad creative, landing pages, and messaging.
- Own paid media budget allocation and optimization for maximum ROI.
- Manage agency relationships, tools, and performance partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 7–10 years of growth or performance marketing experience with measurable results.
- Proven track record driving lead generation and revenue outcomes in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Paid search & social
- Funnel optimization
- Conversion rate optimization
- A/B testing & experimentation
- Attribution, analytics, and data interpretation
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing KPIs to inform strategy.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically—comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- Industry experience in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Experience partnering with BD/Sales in a pipeline-driven organization.
- Understanding of revenue-based funnels (acquisition → activation → retention → loyalty).
- Landing page testing systems (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, etc.)
- High-impact leadership role shaping the growth engine of a fast-scaling brand.
- Direct partnership with the CMO on strategy, optimization, and innovation.
- Opportunity to build new funnels, test new channels, and influence product direction.
- Collaborative, cross-functional team motivated by mission-driven growth.
- Ownership, autonomy, and room to grow with the organization.
