JOB DESCRIPTION
Cannabis Delivery Driver – Retail

The Cannabis Delivery Driver, employed by HR MGMT 10, LLC as the Employer of Record, is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products from our retail store to customers. This position requires strict adherence to state compliance and safety standards, excellent navigational and customer service skills, and a commitment to discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience in a regulated environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery and Customer Service:

• Safely transport cannabis products from the retail location to customers’ homes within assigned delivery windows.

• Verify customer age and identity upon delivery, ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with state cannabis regulations.

• Provide courteous, professional customer service and address questions or concerns with discretion and respect.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, mileage, inventory, and customer receipts in accordance with company policy and state law.

• Confirm delivery contents and order accuracy before and after each delivery.

• Follow all driving and cannabis transportation laws, reporting any incidents or delays immediately.

Vehicle Use and Condition:

• Use a personal, insured vehicle for deliveries in compliance with company standards; mileage reimbursement is provided.

• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.

• Keep vehicle stocked with required delivery materials and report maintenance issues promptly.

Safety and Confidentiality:

• Follow all company safety protocols and delivery SOPs to protect both product and personnel.

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding customer information and order details.

• Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous delivery experience preferred; cannabis industry experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with local roads and ability to use GPS and delivery apps effectively.

• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a comprehensive background check in accordance with state requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable personal vehicle with active insurance.

• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 pounds.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Understanding of compliance, confidentiality, and safe driving standards.

• Punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
