What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly / Packager position at Employment Solutions?
Our client is a manufacturer of organic dog treats. They are currently hiring for packaging associates to assist in the production and packaging of high end dog treats.
Job duties include:
- Running manual and semi-automatic packaging equipment
- Helping to label products for storage and shipment
- Helping to clean and wash production equipment as needed
- Assist to maintain a clean and orderly work area
- May be cross trained to help with some warehouse and shipping/receiving
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be punctual/reliable
- Good team player
- Strong work ethic
- Must be comfortable following GMPs and food production standards
- Must be comfortable lifting 25 lbs and working on your feet through the shift
- Will be working around allergens
Typical Schedule is M-F 9am-finished but may require some flexibility for OT
Pay: $20-22/hour depending on experience
Salary : $20 - $22
