About the Role
As a part of our team, you will serve as a strategic partner and operational support for the companies within our client portfolio. You’ll play a key role in developing a team to ensure that each organization operates effectively with needed competencies, complies with regulations, and fosters a positive workplace culture set on extremely high foundational core values. This position is particularly well suited for candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector who are eager to bring their expertise to this unique and diverse environment. Most importantly, you will help maximize the value created across client organizations by aligning team members’ unique competencies and passions with opportunities that allow them to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and/or develop a team of HR professional to work with each client in your portfolio to learn their customer value proposition, identify what competencies are necessary to create and deliver that value, with a focus on aligning individuals’ skills and passions with the best-fit roles.
- Provide HR support and guidance to HR Generalists, managers and employees across client companies in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and administer HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of each client while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Serve as the go-to resource for employee relations issues, handling workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Help develop and manage benefits and compensation programs to meet the needs of employees while aligning with client company goals.
- Support training and development initiatives across all clients to enhance employee skills and engagement, ensuring growth opportunities align with individual strengths and aspirations.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee records in UKG HR systems for each client company.
- Monitor evolving HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements to policies and processes.
What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong preference given to candidates with HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
