What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Employment Service Connection, Inc.?
As a Recruiter on our dedicated recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in managing a high volume of hires across various levels, including entry-level, mid-level, senior leadership, and technical/specialized roles. You will be responsible for sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting the entire hiring process from job posting through onboarding. This position requires occasional travel to meet with clients and candidates as needed.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates actively to build a strong pipeline for diverse roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to optimize selection processes
- Post job openings across various platforms to attract qualified applicants
- Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding candidate progress and hiring needs
- Manage offers including negotiation and acceptance processes
- Support candidate onboarding activities for smooth transitions
- Maintain accurate records using applicant tracking systems
- Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
