We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations team. Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify contents and quality.
Organize inventory and maintain stock locations for efficiency and accuracy.
Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Assist in tracking and reporting damaged or missing goods.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required).
Basic computer or handheld scanner skills for tracking inventory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
