We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive strategic growth within the Manufacturing sector. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key manufacturing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading large-scale digital transformation, engineering, and technology services engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of account growth, executive stakeholder management, and consultative selling within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing organizations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and grow strategic manufacturing accounts across North America.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client satisfaction, delivery oversight, and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities within existing and prospective manufacturing clients.
  • Identify opportunities across digital transformation, cloud, engineering services, data & AI, Industry 4.0, IoT, ERP, supply chain, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Lead RFP, proposal, and contract negotiations.
  • Consistently achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, engineering, and solution teams.
  • Support resource planning and account governance.
  • Mentor junior account managers and business development professionals.
  • Ensure successful delivery and long-term client retention.


Required Experience


  • 8–15 years of experience in Account Management, Client Partner, Client Director, Account Director, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven experience managing Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, Semiconductor, or High-Tech accounts.
  • Demonstrated success growing accounts valued at $5M–$50M annually.
  • Experience selling technology, consulting, engineering, digital transformation, or managed services.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
