Position: Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Location: Lihue, HI

Pay: $27 - $30/hour

Experience: 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Employers Options is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process receiving documentation and update inventory systems.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Coordinate with freight carriers and delivery services.
• Handle customer pickup orders and support delivery coordination.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Operate pallet jacks and material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain organized warehouse areas and follow all safety procedures.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Must know or have the ability to learn how to use a forklift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory navigation.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and purchase orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manual dexterity for handling lighting products and components.
• Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and screens.
• Candidates must be ambitious with the drive and ability to grow with the company.
