Job Description:
- Monitor the Manager’s phone on weekends and respond to calls as needed, logging time for overtime.
- Maintain contact with utility staff to ensure daily and special tasks are completed efficiently.
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance of equipment, including pool pumps, ventilation fans, grills, and motors.
- Prepare and maintain pool areas, including chemical balance testing.
- Maintain accurate logs of unit entries, waste backups, elevator service, and other property-related activities.
- Observe and report safety, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity on the property.
- Enforce House Rules and maintain a positive demeanor with residents, guests, and contractors.
- Valid Driver’s License and Pool Operator Certification.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Knowledge of general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to multitask and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
