$22/hour - Rental Equipment Maintenance & Utility Worker

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Rental Equipment Maintenance & Utility Worker

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $22/hour

Experience: Prior experience operating heavy or construction equipment is a plus

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Type: Full-time; Temp to hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Rental Equipment Maintenance & Utility Worker to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Handle pre- and post-rental equipment (hours, fuel, damage, safety decals)
• Assist with minor equipment repairs (oil, grease, fluids, electrical, AC, plumbing)
• Help with preventative maintenance and fleet upkeep
• Clean equipment and handle rental-ready staging
• Manage oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose and battery repairs for equipment
• Operate forklifts and boom lifts
• Document work orders and verify delivery tickets
• Organize the yard and work areas
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required
• Forklift certification preferred (can be trained on site)
• Boom lift certification a plus
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance independently
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
