Job Description

Front Office & Customer Service

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and vendors.
• Respond to emails sent to the administrative department.
• Provide general information and route inquiries appropriately.
  
  

Administrative & Office Support

• File and maintain records and office documents.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with copying, printing, and preparing mailers.
• Support general administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
  
  

Communication & Coordination

• Ensure timely handling of office correspondence.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.
• Assist staff with administrative requests as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and dependable work habits.
• Basic computer and office equipment proficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
