Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Employment Litigation Attorney position in Draper, UT. The attorney will manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses. The attorney will also support training initiatives and conduct internal investigations related to workplace discrimination, harassment, and other employment law issues.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in employment law and civil litigation.
- Active bar membership in Utah.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel, and to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
