Position Summary: The Warehouse and Facilities Maintenance Associate will perform property and grounds maintenance for stores and supply locations with inventory on a routine basis. The position functions as a critical connection between DRS Headquarters and Stores. Minimal language skills-Ability to communicate in Spanish highly desired. Organization skills; ability to plan delivery route and load distribution product on a “first in/last out” schedule for maximum efficiency. Intermediate computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Minimal mathematical skills. Safety oriented. Sense of urgency. Ability to read and audit invoices and packing slips to maintain integrity of outgoing and incoming supplies. Position Duties: Follow policies and procedures for DRS Employees. Support the first impression of store property and grounds. Specifically mowing, trimming, cleaning and minimal repair for assigned locations. Maintain inventory levels in stores through pick and pull process as well as ensuring on-hand counts in warehouse are accurate. Distribute supplies in a timely manner through efficient process of “first in/last out” loading of materials. Operation of dollies, carts and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise. Aid in install or service calls as needed. Communication with VP/General Manager on a consistent basis. Take ownership in our business results and your personal wellness.
