Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, therapists, and community organizations to generate qualified leads for families seeking senior living placement. The Account Executive serves as the face of our franchise in the community and plays a vital role in connecting families to the right care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Development
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including social workers, nurses, therapists, hospital discharge planners, and physicians.
- Conduct weekly in-person visits, calls, and check-ins with referral partners.
- Deliver presentations, in-services, and "lunch & learn" sessions to educate referral partners about our services.
Sales & Outreach
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity and referral goals.
- Represent the franchise at community events, networking groups, and senior-focused organizations.
- Develop new referral sources while nurturing existing ones.
Client & Family Support
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure families are connected quickly and smoothly to senior living communities.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions with families and partners.
Reporting & Administration
- Accurately track visits, calls, referrals, and opportunities in
- Submit daily reports to supervisor (should include visits you made that day, visits planned for tomorrow, referrals received that day, and lease signings made that day)
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (healthcare, senior services, or B2B preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals.
- Comfortable making cold calls, scheduling visits, and networking.
- Basic computer/CRM skills required.
- Passion for helping seniors and families navigate care options.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of referral visits per week.
- New referral sources established each month.
- Qualified referrals generated.
- Contribution to overall placement growth.
Compensation
- 100% Commission
- Unlimited earning potential. Training, marketing materials, CRM access, and full support are provided. Income is based on your ability to build community relationships and assist families through the placement process.
Work Environment
This position requires travel throughout the local community to meet with referral partners, attend events, and build relationships. Occasional evening or weekend networking may be required.
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
