Join our dedicated team in Urgent Care . We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physician to provide exceptional Urgent Care in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and someone comfortable overseeing other providers. Shift Hours:
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), 12 hours shifts
Practice Details:
- M edical Director for Urgent Care provider group available (1.0 FTE would split, 0.9 FTE Clinic and 0.1 FTE administrative)
- Clinic hours: 8am - 8pm (7 days a week)
- No Call
- Variety of patient cases
- Minimal to no in-basket or patient follow up on days off
- Rotating weekend schedule: 1:4
- 30 - 40 - Average number of patients seen per day
- 1-2 APCs on staff per day

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Board Certified in appropriate specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or Bureau for Osteopathic Specialists with a current, unrestricted license to practice
- Board Certified in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine OR Board Certified Family Medicine
- Board Eligible and Graduate from an ACGME or AOA accredited residency training program within the last five (5) years
- Pass all eligibility requirements of Bellin Medical Staff
- Urgent Care and Family Medicine Physician's must have current certifications in PALS, ACLS and ATLS
- Must be able to treat patients of all age ranges and be able to complete simple procedures
