Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the manufacturing team with the fabrication of composite parts and/or electromechanical assemblies
- Follow written work instructions to assemble and document the build of each assembly.
- Escalate any process or quality issues.
- Offer suggestions to improve safety, quality, on-time delivery, etc.
- Quick learner, hard-working with skilled hands.
- Technical hands-on capability with attention to detail. Including but not limited to wiring, soldering, assembly, and general shop work/maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to verbally communicate, read and comprehend written and verbal instructions, and be capable of doing basic mathematical calculations.
- Proficiency and experience with basic hand tools and their safe operation.
- A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
- Willing to work as a team to reach daily goals and objectives.
- Excellent work ethic and attendance.
- High school diploma.
- A valid driver's license
- US Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Able to work onsite at ESAero Office locations in San Luis Obispo
- Willing to relocate to San Luis Obispo, CA
- Experience in Composites
- Experience assembling and/or testing complex electromechanical assemblies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- SLO Partners UAV Completion Certificate
- 2 years of experience
