Senior Manager of FP&A and Finance Analytics

Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Build models for revenue, gross margin, expenses, and working capital
- Deliver reports with clear insights and recommendations monthly
- Monitor and analyze performance across DTC, Marketplace, and Retail channels
- Lead Finance in SIOP process, aligning demand plans, supply plans, inventory, and financial forecasts
- Improve forecasting accuracy and reporting timelines
- Prepare analysis and reports for Executive Leadership and Board of Directors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred
- 6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, or eCommerce preferred
- Strongly preferred: experience with SIOP/demand planning, supply chain finance, and finance systems, BI, or data warehouse implementations.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong understanding of data structures, reporting architecture, and KPI design
- Experience with ERP and analytics tools preferred (NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Adaptive, etc.)
