Warehouse Lead - Digital Department (2nd Shift)Pay Rate: $20/hr-$20/hr | Shift: 9 AM- 5:30 PMWe're hiring a Warehouse Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations in our Digital Department. This is a hands-on role ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and Amazon standards.What You'll DoLead inbound, putaway, pick/pack/ship, and inventory processes.Serve as SME for Amazon packing, labeling, and routing.Use WMS/Excel to track orders, inventory, and reports.Operate PIT/MHE equipment safely.Train, guide, and support associates; ensure safety and standards.What We're Looking For2 years warehouse experience (1 year in a lead/supervisory role).PIT/MHE certification (forklift, reach truck, etc.).Strong Excel/computer skills; WMS experience.Knowledge of Amazon packing/routing (preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.#ZRCompany DescriptionOur goal at Empire Workforce Solutions is to enrich people’s lives by connecting them with meaningful employment.
